Description
Our handmade, from scratch, bombolones starts with italian flour, fresh eggs, yeast and butter lovingly blended into a truly Italian brioche dough via the integrating lemon and sometime orange zest (relative to the filling). Time however is quite possibly the most important ingredient delivering across a long fermentation process.
Fried until golden brown and rolled in sugar these a light aromatic pastries are now ready and aching to be filled with our favorite italian spread, Nutella®, fresh custard or even jam.
