We specialise in private caterings, and weddings and engagements hold a special spot in our hearts as we love the atmosphere and celebration these events bring, and we feel super lucky to have had the trust of so many couples.

We have vast experience in weddings, and we can work alongside your venue coordinator or MC/photographer to make sure your day goes as smooth as possible. It is our goal to create the best experience for you and your guests and create amazing food that you’ll remember as a great part of your special day. Our service area goes from the Sunshine Coast to North Brisbane (venue in the CBD are as south as we travel).
We have different menus that are designed to cater for different styles or receptions. Our Street Food menu provides the classic food truck vibe, with guests ordering at the truck. The meals are cooked to order, and we average one meal per minute, so your guests won’t be waiting long to enjoy a freshly cooked dinner.
Our Degustation menu is perfect for a cocktail style reception. You can choose a minimum of three dishes, and everyone will sample them all. The food will come out in waves and will be brought to you and the guests by a waitress.
We love to start the celebrations with a grazing table, which is the best way to keep your guests entertained while you are enjoying some time alone taking photos, and at the end of the night we can provide desserts or cake cutting service.

From a large celebration to an intimate team event, we can help you create an unforgettable experience with our authentic Italian food and pizza. We are a chef owned and ran small business based on the Sunshine Coast, and we service the Coast as well as travel as south as Brisbane CBD.
Private Events
Are you hosting a birthday party? Or a family dinner? We can cater for you.
We specialize in traditional Italian food, and our very own chef and owner Simon is very proud of the food he cooks. We offer two different Italian experiences: our pasta and gnocchi truck, from which we serve everything Italian you can think of like pasta, gnocchi, risotto, porchetta, desserts and our pizza trailer, that serves Neapolitan style pizza (thin bases and quality ingredients).
