Every handmade tortellino starts with hand kneaded Italian flour, local farm fresh eggs and a pinch of salt rolled flat and cut into squares, portioned with fresh ground beef and italian parmesan and nestles in with the rest of the tortellinos packaged in a 500g serve of Tortellini.
Served with any of our pasta and gnocchi sauces and adorned with Italian Buffalo Mozzarella and Grated Parmesan Cheese it’s bound to please the whole family!
